Extended Vehicle warranty company out of business Ripoff

Paid $1300 for extended warrenty through the dealership where car was purchased. Have over 2 years left on the warrenty but company is no longer around. Not only that, but the dealership (Olds.) is gone, too!
Anyone know of a class action suit against them?
