Rebate ripoff for $150.00, then a a $350.00 overage charge for 1 month!

The most expensive cell phone mistake we ever made! First, they refused to honor our rebate. Thank, in our second month we were charged 350.00 overage charge, even though we had just increased our minutes. (Whenever we checked our usage through our phone it indicated we were UNDER using our minutes!) No amount of explaining, begging, pleading and threatening to switch companies helped - all I was told by the fourth supervisor I spoke to, Thaddeus, was "shall I disconnect it now?" Despite the $175.00 outrage of a fee per phone to cancel it will be worth it, because their rates are at least 50% higher than anyone else! Not only that, we have ENDLESS dropped calls, weak batteries that require DAILY charging (Motorola made), and the SHORTEST "nights" (9 P.M. To 5:59 A.M.) around!
