Voicestream ripoff Lied about service issues and charged me disconnetcion fee even though my cellphone didnt work

I had voicestream like 3 years back. They then changed their name to t-mobile. My phone never worked in my apartment. I called tmobile customer service several times alerting them of this issue. At first they told me they would look into it. They then told me there wasnt any trouble calls in my area. I then told them that I was a trouble call. They didnt resolve anything nor did they offer a discount on my monthly service. They informed me that my building didnt allow my phone to work. That was the best they could do. A girl I was dating at the time was visiting my and her phone (Sprint) was crystal clear in my apartment. I was furious at tmobile for lying to me... Anything to take my money I guess. I went to Sprint and got service with them.

I then called tmobile from my sprint phone in my apartment. I told them I was cancelling my service. They asked me why, and I told them about the situation and I that I shouldnt have to pay the disconnect fee. They asked my for my home number, I told them I didnt have one. They asked me if I was calling from my cell phone and I told them yes... From my new Sprint phone that works perfectly in my apartment. I then told him how his company had lied to me about the building being the reason for my bad service and the real reason it didnt work is they just had bad service. All I wanted was for my phone to work. They only care about the money not their customers. I dont know how they won that 2005 customer service award. They must have some connections to get that worked out. Never again will I do business with them and I will make sure that anyone I know that is looking to get a mobile phone will not got to tmobile.
