A $9.99 charge on my T-Mobile bill first showed on my bill on 11/24 that I did not notice, then on 12/24 and 12/25 a $19.98 charge was posted again which I did notice. I called T-mobile to learn that I am subscripted to something from Bune LLC and I should be calling them. The number on my statement only reaches supposedly the cancelation department. For me to get my refund I am to fax my bill or email it to Bune, like I trust them. I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against T-mobile for allowing such practice. I am up to a class action against T-mobile and Bune if anyone is interested.
