Plan Change Lacked Mobile-to-Mobile Minutes and $750 Cancellation Bill

I had service with T-Mobile for over 8 years. I ended it after changing plan and they lied to get me to pay more by not giving me T-Mobile to T-Mobile minutes. Then charging me a cancelation fee.

I even called, lady who I put the cancelation through with said, your right they did not give you T-Mobile to T-Mobile, now pay your $750 bill.
