Outstanding Customer Service (Wilmington, NC) - LG front loader washe

During the Christmas holiday (Sat) my dryer went out. It was an appliance that I depended on tremendously in caring for my seriously ill husband. I decided that to replace the dryer and not repair it (and my washer). The associate (Annie) patiently answered all my questions about the appliances, warranties, and ease of use. She then spent additional time assisting me with my purchase and payment options. As a senior, her help was invaluable. However, delivery was after the holiday period. Monday I called manager (Sean), he was already aware of my need and delivered within 5 days. Awesome Team!
