Samsung TV 9000 series 4K bought from Big Box Electronic

The TV did not work from the first day. The power does not stay on. It continues to turn off and on. Since It was setup one day ago I have not been able to watch TV. Have called Samsung and Big Box Electronics. The TV can not be changed. It has to be repair. The service has been set up in the next 5 days. I have paid for an expensive TV $3000 and have to repair it before using it. I was told this happen often and I am making a big deal.
