Useless warranty

I paid for 4 appliances. A stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. I took delivery of the washer and dryer. (the stove and frig. Were bieng held for closing on my house) After using the washer and dryer for 2 days I called to complain about the fuctioning of the appliances. Herman gave me a few suggestions. Like check the balance of the washer. And the exhaust hose for the dryer. I did these things. There was no change in performance. The washer was making a terrible noise then stopped spinning at all. The dryer would take 2,40 minute cycles to dry a small load of clothes. Herman said he would trade out the machines to get me something that worked. This was suppose to happen on Thanksgiving week-end. No calls came to set anything up. I called Monday following the week-end Herman wasn't in all day. I called on Tuesday, Herman put me on hold for 15 minutes. He never came back on line. I called back, only to get the answering machine. I have recieved no calls from anyone to rectify this situation. My reciept says 2 year warrenty on parts 30 days on labor. I called an independant company to see about having the machines repaired. They said they could not be repaired because the appliances did not have the propper parts in place to start with. I also told them I wanted my money back for the stove and refrigerator. Herman said he could only give me a store credit. I don't want to do business with this company any further. All I want is for someone to pick this washer and dryer up and refund my money. They were paid $1048.82 on Aug 24. I took delivery of the washer and dryer on Oct. 21. I paid $95.00 for set up and delivery. I also paid $79.00 for a service call from the independent repair man.
