I had the worst experience on Sunday, September 15 with a Geek Squad employee. When I came into the store to complain to the manager, all he did was tell me that that particular employee hasn't had an issue with anyone before. Well, he does now! In addition, he had the employee remain in the conversation so that he could hear the employees side. There is a time and a place for that... And that was not the time or place. I tried calling the General Manager and he was either not there or not available! I emailed him, and it has now been 2 weeks to the day, and I have still not heard from him. I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from there ever again!

On top of it, I needed help to download something and when I called Geek Squad over the phone, they said that they couldn't help me! I needed to go into the store or pay for someone to come out! What did I just pay an extra $300 for?!?!?!?!
