Google the reviews first... Do not buy the replacement plans!!! They are a joke... They will give you a gift card only and if they don't have your product anymore... Oh well. Spend it on something else. And you lose what time you have left on your plan. We had 14 months left and it will not apply to the new product if we could even get it...!! They ripped my 10 year old daughter off of her christmas present and won't make it right.
