I bought a waterslide from Toy R Us in May of this year and before the slide was even 2 months old it was ripping at the seams in several places. When I pay close to 800.00 for an item I expect it to last for at least 2 seasons and this is not going to make it through 1. Toys R US would not let me return the product. I had to deal with the manufacturer and of course they would only replace it. Why do I want another one that will tear up???!! I will not be shopping at Toys R Us any more since they can not stand behind products they sell.
