7 day guarantee not so! - carpet installation

My 80 yr. Old mother needed carpet installed for guests arriving in 3 weeks. The sales rep. Directed us to the 7 day installation guaranteed carpet. He explained the 7 days started when she paid, after they came out and measured and gave her a quote. After paying, they told her it would be 10-12 days. So this isn't bad, but it won't be done until the day her guests arrive... Maybe. The 7 day installation signs should be removed from the display and the sales rep. Should never tell you 'they have to install it in 7 days', especially if no one enforces it.
