Best Buy customer service complaint - LG Washe

I purchased a washer that was yet to be delivered. It went on sale so I contacted customer service about a price adjustment. I was told this was not possible to do over the phone. I asked if it could be done at the satellite center in Merritt Island, Fl. Since the store was approximately 30 miles away. I was told yes by Crystal. When I spoke with Mike at the satellite office he said it could not be done there and the customer service people should stop telling customers it could. I called customer service back and Crystal asked to speak with Mike. He said he would not speak with her and it was his right to refuse. Like really? Are you kidding me? He was the most arrogant, rude sales rep. I have ever encountered. I then wanted the sale completely voided. He said he would have to speak with someone else, and then went in the back room. I immediately demanded that Crystal void this transaction. I will never buy or refer anyone to Best Buy.
