Horrible Experience - FROMYOU FLOWERS

I used From you Flowers for the first time and will never ever use this service again. I placed an order on 2/17 for delivery on 2/18 and because I never used this service before I called to get details on the delivery policy. After speaking with a female rep she advised that I could call the next morning (day of delivery) to find out the status. I called the next day and this is when I experienced regret for using this service. The first rep that I spoke to called the local florist and advised me that my order would be delivered before 1p cst and to call back before 1 to ensure delivery. I called back at 12:45 and spoke to a woman rep who was extremely rude and then when I asked to speak to another rep she disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to a male rep who I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and instead of doing so he decided he would continue to try to speak to me... Finally I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Dave, very rude and just cut me off. The recepient received the gift that I sent which was not cheap, so I just wanted to write a review on this company because people need to know about their poor customer service.
