Ordered a phone from best buy and was shipped to my house no problem. I then recieved an e mail saying it wasnt activated before being shipped and to call the 800 number to have it taken care of. After talking to 3 people and being on hold 100 minutes they tell me to take it to the store and have it scanned. Why couldnt they just say that it the e mail FRUSTRATING
