Ought a mobile phone on line with no problem. I then recieved an email saying to phone wasnt activated before being shipped and to call number to have it taking care of. After talking to 3 people and being on hold 109 minutes they told me to take it back to a store and have it scanned why couldnt the email just have said that. I also called the customer service number while on hold from another phone and they just switched me to the same number I was already holding on. Frustration
