Crazy unlawful over draft fees

I just checked my online banking today and i noticed a 35 dollar fee. My sister in ct put 100 dollars in my account and it was avalible immeditally so i went shopping. All of this occured on jan 17. One of the items which was for 40 dollars went through on the 17th the others went through on the 18th. The bank decided they wanted to charge me over draft fees for the item that went through on the 17th even though the money was there and avalible for me to use the unlawfully charged me 35 dollars. I called them and the supervisor said welleven though the money was avalible for you to use it doesn't clear until the next day so because you entered your pin number it came through on the 17th and the money didn't get to dallas until the 18th when it would really clear even though the money was made avalible to you. I have many different times where this bank has charged me unnessary fees for absolutly nothing. My sister deposited a third party check via atm into her account in the begining of january and bank of america is holding the check in till jan 25th. This bank is trashy and I told my younger brother to have his lawyer look into it. DON'T DO BUISSNESS WITH THIS BANK unless you want to get riped off and charged for nothing.
