Overcharged In Nsf Fees overcharged in overdraft fees by these punk mutha Fukas Nationwide

I deposited a check in a account that i had with Bank of America thur the atm on a tuesday something that i have done in the past. So I waited of the check to be clear so that i can get my money thursday came and i pulled up my account on the internet and it shows that the check clears but my acc. Is still showing negitive so i called the back and asked why i am still showing negitive if i deposted a check in this acc. For over 700 dollars he tells me that there is a ten day hold on the check because my account has been negitive so many times which i read there deposit regulations and no where does it state that if your acc. Is negitaive and you deposit a check would there be a ten day hold. So while i am waiting on my money to be availiable i received a charge that came thru my acc. Would you beleive that this bank charged me an overdraft fee for this. Which i didn't think this was fair because i had the money in the account the check was clear when i asked them to credit the overdraft fee because i was no told nor does it state that this was the case they told me that i am responsiable for the charges by the time they got thru with a 700.00 check it was 400 this bank ripped me off by 300.00 dollars and no one wanted to give me my money back so this back is crap don't ever bank with bank of america
