Charged me bounce fees when I had money in the bank

On June 18th Bank Of America charged me 8 bounced fees when I had money in my bank account to cover every transaction that was made. I had a balance of $219.00 in my account and after the transaction, there was a balance of $53.00 and yet Bank Of America charged $300.00 in bounce fees and then charged me an extended $35.00 fee I would not complain if I had actually had something to bounce but this is highway robbery. When talking to the representative by the name of Earlette she tells me that the bank can hold your money and by doing this it causes things to bounce but the problem is that my money was my Social Security and Retirement and had been in the bank since the 1st of June and 3rd Of June and Government deposits where electronically put in my account and is considered the same as cash. Under know circunstance should my money be held and for them to be holds on my money on the 18th and I want to find others that have been ripped off by Bank Of America and take them to court. I have prescriptions that needs to be filled and I can't get them out of the Drug Store because of what they have done. I explained to this lady that I'm on heart medication and I need my prescriptions and she could care less and I have one retirement check that they have on hold until July 6th and they claim they can't give me my check back so that I can go cash it on the bank it was drawned Suntrust. Something needs to be done.
