Overdraft cash cow ripoff

I'm dissappointed in this bank and any bank that fallows such practice when charging its customers over draft fees for money that is in the account but has not been released. I own a business that is soley financed by our own money and now and then our expenses exceed the amount of money in our account.

I'm not blaming US BANK for that problem, what I blaming them for is if I deposit $4000.00 dollars today. I only have $800.00 dollars in my account at the time of deposit and $2,800 dollars and checks come through that day lets say 8 checks.US BANK charges me $30.00 dollars for each check even though I deposited $4,000 that very day. I spoke to a representive of US BANK about the problem she says to me that even though you deposit the money only a small percentage of the money is available like a hundred dollars and over draft charges will occur even though they have my money until money has posted.
Why not protect the customer from overdraft protection and acknowledge the money so you are not milked and hung to dry of over draft fees which is $30.00 a pop. I share responsibility in this matter and are working to solve my financial problem so banks like US BANK are not treating a hard working individuals trying to get a head like meat. I was never told by my bank that although you make a deposit it doesn't protect you from over draft fees. I agree yes if your negative hey charge me but if you have my money and you still charge me thats rediculous.
