Possible fraud!

I considered returning to college, and was fairly enthusiastic about joining Overseas Academy of Style and Engineering. I used online, and in no time, I'd a telephone call. After trading my objectives and previous training, I had been likely to be 'examined' regarding whether I had been likely to be approved towards the college.
