Cheap replacements of phones. Charge you 50 bucks for inferior quality phones

I think someone is making a big profit charging the customers 50 bucks every time you need to have your phone replaced but giving you instead a cheap version of whatever phone you have at the moment this happens.

I received a "LG Chocolate"from asurion to replace mine, but actually is a copy made in china with no LG logo anywhere, I think this will make us think that this phone is just a copy but this company promises to deliver "the same phone you had before"

Here I am 7 months later and the cover of my chocolate phone simply fell off.
The question is Should I exert my rigth to use my insurance and get a "new cheap phone" from asurion? Or should I just get a new phone?

I think I am gonna call Asurion and forward them this letter.
