Never sent items, took money but never sent items!

I placed an order with Mookie Gifts.com and never received a confirmation, I then attempted to call and received no answer but rather a recording stating to call back again later. I attempted to call again with the same message playing. I then attempted to email, with no response. I then did some internet investigation on the company and found that others had the same problems. This company has NUMEROUS reports with the BBB... I then attempted to cancel my item, but they had already charged my account. I am in the process of getting the money back from the company through my bank. I sent an email to the company requesting that my order be cancelled and have heard NO reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Bad news! I would suggest checking them out on the BBB if I were you!
