I bought a Dash from t-mobile a month ago and added the insurance from asurion. My phone screen broke and I took the sim card out and put it in my old nokia phone since I did not have the deposit to put down at the time. After a week, I called t-mobile and was transfered over to asurion. Asurion asked me for the date my phone screen broke, I couldn't remember the specific date but called t-mobile and they gave me the date and t-mobile Rep even talked with the asurion customer rep. After being on the phone for hours, asurion did not file my claim and they told me to go online, download some papers and fax them. Similar experience other customers on this site expressed. Asurion customer rep, was rude, heartless, they told me to scan my phone and I guess they said all kind of stuff to that did't make sense. I haven't receive my phone yet and I don't know if the insurance worth the timewasted to file a claim, lack of concern and respect you receive from the customer Rep.
