Sold Multiple Items On Last Weekend Of Oct. Items Were (1) Laptop Computer-New-In-Box And 11 Sets Of Windows XP Pro Corp Ed.

Mother Had Heart Attack And Had To Leave Immed. For 1 Week. Had 2 Customers Complain And Paypay Put Limit On My Account. I Emailed All Buyers And Explained What Happened And Sent Merchandise.

Have Had Paypal Acct. Since 2000 And Never Had A Problem; But Now They Requested Proof Of My I.D. And Address Along W/Delivery Conf. Of Items Sent. I Sent All They Requested.

Paypal Then Wanted Name And Address Of Company I Bought Items From Also Copy Of The Invoices. I Sent Them Invoice That I Received From Yahoo Auctions w/Sellers Info.

Paypal Wrote Back That These Invoices Were Not Valid. I Responded That I Buy On 1 Auction Site And Sell On Another, And That Private Sellers Do Not Give You A Copy Of Bill Of Sale Because Of Tax Reasons.

Paypal Insists That I Give Them An Invoice; But In Dec. They Also Wrote Saying They would Email All Of My Customers To See If They received Their Items.

This Is Now Middle Of March And They Still Have Not Freed Up My Funds Which Total Over $700.00.in Mean Time I Am Also Barred From Ebay; As Seller fees Were To be Taken from Paypal Acct.

Went To Paypal Website; Logged In To their Resolution Center And The case ID Numbers They Have As Reason Acct Still Limited Do NOT Even Show Up.
