Freezing of PayPal account

I have been a PayPal account holder for 3 years. I recently sold some items via eBay. I received payment for my items via the PayPal service. After I received the money into my PayPal account I shipped the items to my buyer's. When I logged into my PayPal account PayPal told me was my account was frozen and I could not have access to my money! PayPal accused me of "suspicious activity". That is ridiculous! PayPal asked me to fax them a copy of my ID, invoices, credit card statement, Bank statements, and utility bills showing my address and identity. I did this and PayPal still won't let me have my money!

I contacted PayPal via email it took them three days to reply. When I did get the reply it had NOTHING to do with what I had written. They are jerking me around. A copy of PayPal's reply can be furnished when requested. I called PayPal TWICE On January 11 at 3PM and January 28 at 6:30PM. The first time the customer representative (John, he would not give me his last name or an employee number or anything) told me that once I sent in information requested and resolved the disputes they would lift the restrictions from my account. That did not help me in the least because the account was still frozen. I then called PayPal again and this customer service representative (Janice) told me something completely different! She told me that there was another complaint on the account on the January 28th and I would need to do the same thing that I was asked on the 11th. I told her that I already had done that and my account is still has been limited with no steps to complete. That did not help me in the least because I had already did that and she could not help me other than send it to the review department. The complaint on the 28 January can not be found in the dispute section of PayPal it is a lie on PayPal's part to keep my account frozen.

PayPal will not even provide me with evidence showing me what this "suspicious activity was". But I had to supply PayPal with plenty of very private information! In the end they refuse to give me my money back or un-freeze the account for me to get access to my money! I would like to have my account un-frozen so I can have access to my money! This will enable me to move my money to a safer place.
