Unidentified Automated Calls Twice Daily for Weeks, No Information Given

I have been receiving phone messages twice daily for over 4 weeks with no specific information other than a phone number. There is always a call in the morning and a second one about 8 hours later.

Every time the voice states that it is not a sales call and they need to discuss an important matter with us immediately. They only leave a phone number with no other information. They do not even identify who they are. Even when I answer the phone directly it is still a message and no actual person.

Through research on the internet I discovered others have received this same type call from this particular phone number. How can this be stopped?
