Account restricted and $349.18 frozen for suspicious activity

On May 5, 2002, to my shock and disbelief, PayPal.com froze the $349.18 in my account and restricted it due to suspicious activity. They tell me there were too many payments going through my account. There is no limit on payments and withdrawals, and they charge me for each payment I receive. I have contacted them several times, and they will not reply to my emails or respond to my phone calls. They keep allowing customers to PayPal money to me, but I cannot access the funds.

I am stuck. I have to mail the items but in return lose the money. I am in the hole at this point. They have also emailed my customers with false accusations against me, and they went into another user's PayPal account, where I had paid for an auction, and reversed the money I sent to them. I have been to many sites, such as www.paypalwarning.com and aboutpaypal.org.

I am very unhappy with this service, and I just wish to have my funds sent by ACH to the bank account listed on the account. Then I want all information deleted from my PayPal account and the account closed. I will never use this company again.
