Ripoff / interest theives

Was supposed to be taken out of my credit card not checking so I called them. They told me I had to put stop payment because everything is automated. I did that now my account is frozen and the money is showing in my paypal account. They charged it to my credit card and now froze my account so I cannot get the money back. They said that I had to fax. I faxed everything that was needed. Called them last night they said everything would be cleared my mid-morning. Called Mid-morning now they told me they need a affidavit notorized which is not in the instructions. They also say that they do not have a copy of my drivers license or bank statement. They are making interest on my money while I am getting charged interest on the credit card while they hold my money.
