Ripoff slanderous Froze my account!

I have been a paypal customer since 2000 in good standing.in Nov I logged into my account and it said limited access. I called paypal and asked them why and they told me I needed to send information about myself. I sent them a copy of my drivers license, my bank statement, credit card info and a utility bill.
I sent them info about myself till I was blue in the face.

They told me they could not lift the block on my account till I cleared up the other account that was in the negative. I asked them which account they were talking about. They said there was another account tied to mine and it had to be cleared up before they could lift the limitation. I tried to explain I had no other account or accounts. They would not give me any information on the other account and basically told me I was dishonest. This is an insult to my good name I believe they call it slander.

I have been doing business on ebay for 4 years and have always been in good standing. I don't understand how they can do something like this to a honest and hard working person. They do not investigate fraud very well if they are claiming I cheated them. I heard of them freezing peoples' accounts but I never dreamed it would happen to me.

Don't let these SOBs get away with it. If anyone else had the same thing happen, contact me by hitting the rebuttal key.

Here is a email they sent me:
