Account Frozen After $12.84 Vitamin Purchase While on Disability

I have been a responsible PayPal user since 2004. I am also a disabled American. I receive my benefits via a Social Security debit card issued to me. I have used that debit card repeatedly to make purchases of personal items from eBay. I also have another debit/credit card listed, which is a pre-paid card. Last night a purchase of vitamins for $12.84 was flagged, and my PayPal account is frozen! I am being told that the only way I can keep my PayPal account is if I get a bank account and give PayPal the account information, or apply for and accept a PayPal credit card! I am on disability! I have no money to open a bank account, nor do I wish to create debt on a credit card!

PayPal is out of control! They are trying to bully me into getting a bank account that I do not need and/or a credit card I do not need! Customer service representatives were hard to understand and incessantly repeated "DAT OUR POLICY!"
