Ripoff, credit instead of cash refund

The company offered a free sample in conjunction to a offer to get a free computer. I did what it said only to find this company ruthlessly hiding the fact of the autosend feature in the terms & conditions that are so common most people don't bother to read them. THEN in the case of people who get an order they didn't want they won't even refund you the money you paid. They give you credit for more stuff you don't want.

This company should be made to see that what they are doing may be legal by the letter of the law but totally dishonest. The refusal to refund a person the funds they may have needed for something far more important than beauty aids that don't work as well as they advertise.

In my opinion they should pay double the money back until they make sure the FULL agreement people are getting themselves into is visible. Either in a popup that asks them they are sure knowing that 30 days later they will recieve a second order on the auto-send feature or shut themselves down.
