I have reported on the same rip-off everyone else describes on this site. I never saw the twisted term and conditions for the free sample. It is no way "FREE"

I have written about this company before, and am continuing to fight them through my credit card company (who seems not to be helping), and through the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office... Who also are not much help. The story is the same as everyone else on here. If it is possible to read their twisted terms and conditions (non of the links worked when I visited the site, those conditions were not available once I filled in the order form) If I had read the twisted terms I would never have made the mistake.

It is no way free... Not at all. They will charge you for an automatic order, or if you should somehow find out that you don't want their automatic charge, they will charge you to cancel... So nothing is FREE. Yet all over there site it says "Risk Free Money Back Guarantee"... Well seems that is not the case either...

I have not touched any of their product, since you can not see the ingredients on their site, once I saw the contents, on the sample package, I decided it was not good for me. I have offered to send all the sent product back untouched for a refund -that their site clearly guarantees— but that is not even true.

The website describes the free sample offer like this-"Just click on the order button above, and if Zirex is right for you, use the coupon that you received with your Free Trail and call us back when you are ready to order. This offer is good per 1 household. No refills on free trial."

This is not at all how the free trial offer works at all... If you click on the hidden terms and conditions, you will see it is something totally different.
Even more diabolical - they have several verisign logos on their site... But they are not members of verisign... These are bogus logos.

In one of the responses to the Attorney Generals Office of Okahoma, the document they submitted, contained my full credit card # and expiration date... How could they legally just put out my personal information like that-even to the office of the attorney general - and they would not take any action on that!!! This company has not goal other than to rip people off. Shoppers beware... I am still battling to get my money back... I will not give these crooks anything...
