Thinkall
Order cd and were told they were free. Then charge becuase of a Trial Period

Internet & Web

I tried to order 1 free cd from thinkall. It wouldn't let me, it made me select 3 other cd for my bonus. I just wanted one. Then all i was supose to pay was shipping only. So i went a head and pic three others and check the terms and conditions and paid with my credit card.

I then notice a charge of around $54 after 10 days.in the terms and conditions it has something in thier about a 10 day trial period. All this company does is advertise free and pay shipping. Then i tried calling to get my money returned. A Lady ask me if i read the terms and conditions. She said that she would cancel the membership that i had a 10 day trial and didn't refund my money. I was supose to return two cd back to the company. So they scam you in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

My next step is to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
