Call Your Credit Company & File a Dispute: Here's How

Let's all ban together and complain to our credit card company. If we all complain, they will blame Jevene, and give us our money back. Following is a brief discription of what happened and instructions on how to complain to your credit card.

After signing up for a "free sample" ($7.95 S&H), I was sent a full bottle of the product for $57.90. They charged my credit card for it. I signed up for a free sample of the product through the "free computer" advertising scheme — another ripoff.

From what I've read in other people's comments, apparently I'm signed up for automatic shipment. However, I never signed up for autoship. I don't remember reading anything about autoshipment when I signed up. I even have a copy of the computer screen that came up after I signed up for the free sample. It doesn't say anthing about the autoshipment.

I am not going to pay the $57.90, and I am not going to pay shipping, at my own expence, to send the product back. I *am* going to complain to my credit card company and get my money back. I will tell my credit company that I didn't sign up for autoshipment.

Also I will tell them that Jevene must be doing something wrong in their marketing since about 39 people have already compained to usacomplaints.com.Com in the last month.

By the way, you must try to contact the company, Jevene, before you complain to your credit card company. Just call Jevene, they do not answer. The phone rings and rings... There. Now you've fulfilled that requirement.
