Ripoff, taking money out of account without authorization and after i called to cancel Tarzana California

My Husband requested the free sample, after that 57.95 was then taken out of our account. He then called to cancell the order because we did not recieve the free sample. And again he called to cancel the order and request a refund. Now again they have taken the money out of our account and the stupid porduct isnt even worth 5 bucks for a sample. And most definitely it is not worth 57.95 and we have cancelled the order twice and they just keep getting the money. Now I will change my account and go to the bank also to file a fereral regulation form E... JEVENE is a fraudulent company and getting away with it daily...
