I have had my steam mop a little over a year, this summer i was cleaning my floor (summertime) in my bare feet and it was heating up and i began to pump it and the head blew off spraying hot steam and hot water all over my floor and feet. I tried calling the 1800# and they gave me another number to call, but that number didn't even ring. When I called back they told me to keep trying that number. I need someone to get in contact with me so I can get this resolved!
