Shark Steam Mop

I purchased the Shark Steam Mop and it was just what I needed. I had it less than a year when the steam stopped working. My husband took it apart and saw that the hose which in enclosed in the steam part of the mop had frayed and came away from the part that makes the steam come out from the bottom. I wrote to Shark and told them what happened and they never got back to me. From reading all the reviews on this page it looks to me that they built the Shark not to last and avoid our complains in hopes that we will just buy a new one.in this day and age with the economy the way it is $120.00 is well spent on food and gas and not a replacement.
