I purchased the Shark Steam Mop several months ago. The handle which disperses the steam is already broken. I could tell the first day that I used it, that it probably would be breaking soon because of cheap plastic. The Shark Steam Mop isnt cheap-$120!! I hope they stand by their product! I will let you know!
