I purchased the shark steam mop about 9 months ago. It left streaks on my hard wood floors and when I tried to clean the tile floor in my kitchen today, it started dripping water all over the floor and the mop head shot across the kitchen with hot steam spraying everywhere. I am so disappointed. This product is terribly over priced and is a hazard.
