Mop Explosion - Shark Steam Mop

Today, while steam moping my floors my shark steam mop decided to start hissing and an explosion of steam burst out of the sides and bottom of the mop. I am lucky that I did not sustain a steam burn because I immediately dropped the device. After unplugging the steam mop and allowing it to cool I have found that it leaks water and no long works.

Very dangerous!!!
