Wall corners lifting and entrance tiles cracking repeatedly

The wall corners keep lifting. D.R. Horton sent a carpenter to fix them, and then I called them again in 2007 to fix them. The corners continue to lift.
Also, the entrance tiles cracked, and the grout is cracking and coming off. The tiles were fixed one time, but they continue to crack. Some of the tiles seem hollow because they sound that way when knocked.
