Shark Stopped Steaming - Shark Steam Mop

While cleaning a hardwood floor in a small bedroom my Shark S3501 stopped steaming. I let if rest for a day hoping it might recover, but to no avail.

There is water in the tank and the tank gets quite warm but pumping the handle only results in a little puddle of lukewarm water on the floor.
I love my Shark; I hope it can be fixed.
