Did not last 1 year - Shark Steam Mop

I tried to use my shark do maybe the 10 th time in less than a year today. It went on just fine but when I hit any of the steaming functions it just turns off. Short possibly? I hope they will replace it but after reading all of these other reviews maybe they need a class action law suit against them so we can get our money back!
