They hire very bad contractors

Okay I will start off that we just bought a Eastwood home and a couple of weeks into it I have a window that is messed up that they are not replacing, the granite people came out to fix our granite and fixed one piece and managed to break another one and now they want to come back and fix something they broke at their leisure!!! And now they are offering full yard SOD less than 2 weeks after we closed... We can say that the service after the fact SUCKS!!!

I hope anyone that reads this thinks about it real hard before they buy a Eastwood home... We love our home but are upset with the service after the fact! I would recommend them if the service afterwards was any good but they hire shady contractors who do crappy work and expect us (the Customer) to just work around their schedule. We are being told that we cant be pleased we can if they just fix things and tell us the truth about stuff. Anyway hope this is helpful to people again we love our home but am highly upset.
