Sears cut granite inside my home with no proper venting or wet saw. Damaged all of my appliances - Sears Home Repai

They don't want to do anything. I wasn't home when they came due to they were a day late so I had a handy man stay there. I was shocked when I got home to find all my to new stainless steel looked like a bear had attached it. Granite dust was even on the 2nd floor. I called Sears and begged them to please come and evaluate the situation!!! They said it doesn't work that way I have to file a claim. It has been almost a year and they have done nothing. I had to leave my home due to it being toxic. I had estimators in last week again and the damage is close to $150,000. Granite dust is called silica and it eats wood... Dries out everything. My lawyer says they are not going to pay you for something you already had? What? I hired a company to come and install new things not destroy my home. Has anyone else had this?
