Selling faulty merchandise, must always spend time returning flaky products

Is it just me or do they offer these poorly made products in hopes that the consumer will just fix them or not bother to repair them.in the process of building my new home I spent more of my time returning faulty, damaged, mislabeled, poorly engineered materials that I could of built a new home with the time. This weekend I decided to purchase a aerater spreader to get my lawn looking good. Drove up friday morning so I would not get stuck in the saturday crowd. I bought the product and like always opened the box to make sure it wasnt damaged or missing parts.

Seemed like all was well till saturday morning when I wasted an hour trying to assemble it. It seems the wrong tow bracket was in the box and as usual had to be modified because none of the drilled holes matched. Like each other wasted trip I loaded up the half constructed heap of parts and dragged them in to the return desk. Another wasted day of poor service from The Depot. Its not like Lowes is any better in fact worse. Now I am spreading fertilizer by hand refuseing to buy anything that is so called "American Made with no pride"
