No Customer Care - Craftman Lawn Tracto

I went into my local SEASS to purchase a new lawn tractor I saw in there ad. They had the tractor on display but the price was $1399 not 929 as the ad stated. I was tolds to bring the ad in so they could see it. I made another trip in to the store with the ad to find out they had the wrong sign on the tractor. I said I would purchase it and they went online to find out the only one they had was the display and did not know how long it would be before they receive any. They said they would discount the disply if I wanted it. I did purchase the display and they would deliver it the following week. When they delivered it it was damaged and did not have keys or manuals so I refused the order. I spoke to the sales person to find out how I get a credit to my sears charge. I was told I needed to call the number on the back of the card and they would take care of the credit. I call the number and after waiting for a very long time I was passed around to at least 5 different people and then when I did find someone to help me I was asked a number of questions and then told me they could not credit my account and return my down payment until they had there investigation which would take 30 to 45 days. I told them I refused the order and did not take position of the tractor and they have it so why investigate for 30 to 45 days and I was told smartly that is ther policy. They did give my a temporary credit until there inveatigation is complete but I still have a $380.00 dollar credit on my SEARS account that they will return to me. I have never been treated so badly from any store and my shopping days a SEARS are DONE, and I will let everyone I know how SEARS treats a long time cutomer with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
