Failure to Keep Appointment

I made an appointment (with the lady who answered their phone) to have my air ducts cleaned during a three hour time frame. I stayed home waiting for them to call or arrive and never got a call or indication that they would not be coming. I think they show very little appreciation for the value of their customers' time.
