Poorly Installed Kitchen Floor Molding, No Reply From Corporate

I have contacted the installers, ACS, about the unacceptable installation of floor molding on my new kitchen flooring. I also contacted corporate headquarters. No one had the professional sense to respond, even though I included pictures of the problem areas in my emails.

They know what is wrong and are avoiding doing anything about it.
